Conditions: House owned and occupied year-round by applicant; valid energy label in class D, E, F or G, unchanged since issuance; works not started at file submission; no combination with other public aid on the same project. Eligible works: insulation (façade solid/light, roof/unheated attic, floor, demolition of crawl space + new insulated floor), replacement of existing windows (roof windows and original bay windows only — not new windows), installation/replacement of ventilation, water-based heating (radiators). Execution by CVR-registered firm.

Conditions: Outside collective heating area; switch to a subscription model where the energy operator owns the heat pump and is responsible for installation/maintenance. Scrap oil, gas or pellet boiler.
