Conditions: Buildings built before 2000; minimum 3 apartments; ≥ 80% owned by natural persons. Target: energy class C (ETA ≤ 150 kWh/m²/yr). Bonus +10-20 pts for heritage buildings and +10 pts for small buildings (≤ 17 units).

Conditions: Detached houses, up to 2 apartments or terraced houses. ≥ 1 energy class improvement required. Non-renewable heating not supported. RRF programme closed since 28/02/2025.

Conditions: Geographic scope limited to specific cities and districts. Existing solid fuel equipment must be replaced or dismantled. Heat pumps ≥ A++, boilers/stoves ≥ A+. Works to be completed within 12 months (24 months extension possible). Building must remain residential 5 years.
