- 30% · Base subsidy rate

Conditions: Multi-apartment buildings (mostly pre-1993). Target: energy class C, ≥ 40% savings. 18 eligible measures. Decision via co-owners' assembly. From 1 July 2026, condominiums without a compliant long-term renovation plan must contribute at higher monthly rates.
2026 changes: Focus shifting to 'mažoji renovacija' (light renovation): heating point changes, balancing valves, non-visual measures — 15-30% consumption reduction.
Individual House Renovation Grant

- €75/m² · €75/m² of usable area, ceiling €14,500 per home
Conditions: Single-family or two-family houses, completed, residential use. Target: energy class B, ≥ 40% savings. Not eligible: garden houses, unfinished buildings, properties already class B+, isolated interventions (windows only).
2026 changes: From 01/01/2026, single- and two-family houses no longer require airtightness testing if window/door conformity declarations are provided.

Conditions: Registered residential roof, CE-marked equipment. Maximum subsidised battery capacity: 15 kWh per household. System registered with ESO (DSO). Eligible for PV installed from 01/02/2022.
