Conditions: Natural persons in primary residence + non-economic-activity organisations (excluding PV in common parts of condominiums). No active Feed-in Tariff on the existing installation (or guarantee period expired). Installation and commissioning within 8 months of Part A submission.
2026 changes: Applications opened 20 April 2026. Package totals €15.3M (€4.1M PV + €11.2M battery).
Water Heater Scheme (Solar + Heat Pump)

Conditions: Low/moderate income households prioritised. Geographic phasing: Southern Region (3rd call) = Ħal Qormi, Żejtun, Birżebbuġa, Ħal Għaxaq, Gudja, Luqa, Ħamrun, Marsaxlokk, Marsaskala, Santa Venera, Santa Luċija, Xgħajra, Ħaż-Żabbar, Fgura, Raħal Ġdid, Ħal Tarxien (16 localities). 5-year nationwide deployment including Gozo.
