  • 100% · cap PLN 135,000 · Highest level: 100% of costs, ceiling PLN 135,000. Monthly income ≤ PLN 1,300 (multi) / PLN 1,800 (single). (Very modest)
  • PLN 1,200 · Energy audit bonus
Conditions: Owner/co-owner of a single-family house or separate dwelling. Highest level: energy demand > 140 kWh/m²/yr before works. 3-year ownership requirement removed for 2026. Gas boilers excluded.
2026 changes: From 31/03/2026, energy audit mandatory at all levels; 'bon na audyt' (PLN 1,200 net + VAT) paid upfront from April 2026; electric heating aid removed; launch of recommended contractor list (Q2 2026).

Conditions: Eligible expense period: 01/08/2024 – 31/10/2025. PV alone insufficient — mandatory storage coupling (≥ 2 kWh electric or ≥ 20 dm³ thermal). Programme closed: final call 30/03 to 08/05/2026.

Conditions: Beneficiary = owner of a new house (no completion notification at application date). EP indicator ≤ 55 kWh/m²/yr. Permanent ban on solid fuel heat sources. Not combinable with Czyste Powietrze on the same heat pump.

Conditions: Beneficiaries: municipalities, cooperatives, TBS, SIM, condominiums, single-family owners, district heating operators. Bank loan covering ≥ 50% of cost. 2026 budget: PLN 331M.

Conditions: Owners of dwellings in multi-family buildings and small co-ownerships (3–7 dwellings). Windows/doors eligible only if solid fuel sources are removed. Budget PLN 1.75B; 886 participating municipalities.
