Conditions: Legally existing homes (single-family or apartment), primary residence, initial EPC ≤ class C. Minimum 3-class improvement and ≥30% primary energy savings (final class B for full renovation). No income criteria to enter; rates vary by income. Bonuses: persons with disabilities, families with ≥3 children, disaster-affected areas, vulnerable households.
2026 changes: Extended to 30 June 2026. Budget raised to €924.3M (November 2025).

Conditions: Young households (under 39). Combines energy upgrade (≥3 classes, >30%) with aesthetic/functional works. €40M envelope for vulnerable households.

Conditions: Building permit on or before 31/12/1990. Floor area ≤ 120 m². Legal dwelling. ~80% general/functional renovation + ~20% energy works.
2026 changes: New 2026 programme, €500M envelope for 15,000–20,000 homes.
